With more than 23 years of experience in the residential real estate market consisting of sales, construction and management with several major builders throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Ron Hill has developed an extensive network of colleagues, contacts, construction and licensing experts around the DFW Metroplex. So it was a natural outgrowth that when the City of Fort Worth committed to revitalize historic and established sections of the city, they would ask Ron, a trusted colleague, to collaborate. Voila! Neighborhood Homes was born.
Neighborhood Homes, in conjunction with city officials, undertook the preservation and enhancement of the city’s more mature communities that dated back to the 1930s and ‘40s. These communities represent the city’s heritage and conjure images of the legendary leaders of the day; therefore it was incumbent upon the company to not only ensure our usual standard of superior craftsmanship, but to adapt to the architectural styles of a bygone era.
The result? We designed and built brand new homes that blended seamlessly with the existent period homes in these communities. Among the traditional features we emphasized was the large front porch, a uniquely American characteristic prominent in the early 20th century.
Over time, Neighborhood Homes has evolved and expanded beyond revitalization of historic areas. Yes, we still work with historic areas – it’s part of our passion for our community. But we also construct new homes and provide home renovations throughout the entire DFW Metroplex.
